For this cider kit we have used the finest quality apples to create a crisp and authentic taste. Great care is taken to ensure we retain all the apple flavour and character. To guarantee consistent brewing, this cider kit also contains a special cider yeast to ensure optimum brewing and a crystal clear result.

No addition of sugar is required for this kit other than for priming. Light Spraymalt may be used instead of sugar.
Instructions Easy 4 Step instructions, includes details for bottling or kegging.
Equipment (not included) This cider kit is brewed using a fermenter (bucket). The cider will need transferring to bottles or a pressure barrel to store it.
